Adopted Budget

Texas law (TEC 44.0051) requires the district's adopted budget to be posted for the current year and kept posted until its third anniversary. Pending: link to the current adopted budget document.

Proposed Budget & Public Meeting Notice

Districts must publish a summary of the proposed budget and a notice of the public meeting to discuss the budget and proposed tax rate before adoption. Pending: current-year proposed budget summary and meeting notice.

Annual Financial Audit Report

Debt Transparency

Local Government Code 140.008 requires posting debt information or a link to the Texas Comptroller's district debt transparency page. Search "Divide ISD" at comptroller.texas.gov.

Conflict of Interest Disclosures

Local Government Code 176.009 requires posting any filed Conflict of Interest Questionnaires (CIQ) or Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statements (CIS) if the district maintains a website. Pending: current filed forms, if any.
